My name is Gavin Taylor and prior to establishing my own business I served in the Royal Air Force for seven years, leading to working in aviation fire services for 10 years.

Eight years ago I founded my own business called, South West Fire Safety. The business is now a well-established, family run business here in the South West. Over the last 8 years I have gained great experience and have taken pride in working with a diverse range of businesses. From holiday lets, shops, restaurants, hotels, care homes, flats to airports.

I specialise in fire risk assessments and fire training. My services cover the whole of the South West, from Bristol, down to Cornwall and over to Dorset.
Risk Assessment Service
At South West Fire Safety, I will visit your premises at a time convenient for you. Where I will make a thorough, a comprehensive on-site inspection including, gathering as much information from you as possible. Soon afterwards you will be provided with a report, which is specifically written for your premises. This report will detail how your hazards are currently being controlled and areas where further controls are needed, with suggestions of how to achieve compliance.
